All-natural fibers from manila hemp makes this rope strong and durable, with very little stretch. Manila rope resists abrasion, is softer to the touch than most synthetic ropes, stands up well to the suns UV rays and holds knots well so its ideal for outdoor uses such as hand rails, landscaping, obstacle courses, etc. The natural hemp fiber make it absorbent so it should be completely dry before storing away or it can develop mold, mildew and degrade.
