The Grand Traverse is built on the Equalizer last. This last is comfortable when just hanging around yet when called to hike, run or scramble has the fit to perform. The last has a tailored fit to the foot, equalizing performance and comfort and an asymmetric curve with a fitted heel and arch. The low profile toe box give an enough room for a powerful toe off yet is snug enough to cradle and hold the fore foot in a natural, relaxed position. The tailored instep provides a secure fit through the arch and midfoot without binding.
